What we focus on
For active people and athletes with regular training.
Sports massage is adapted to the stage of your training: after a session, between events or before returning to activity. We consider your sport, recent load and what you plan to do next.
- heavy muscles after running, gym work, cycling or hiking
- recovery between regular training sessions
- preparing overloaded areas for a gradual return to sport
Massage does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Acute pain, fever, numbness, weakness or recent injury require medical assessment first.
After the session
Massage does not replace sleep, nutrition or load planning. Your therapist will help you decide when to return to harder training and what sensations to monitor.
Common questions
Is massage better before or after training?
It depends on the goal. Pre-activity work is usually shorter and more stimulating; post-activity work is calmer. Deep work just before an important event is often unnecessary.
Can I train on the same day?
Light, familiar activity is often fine. Discuss a hard workout after an intensive session with your therapist in advance.
