What we focus on
When tension has accumulated in several areas and needs a whole-body approach.
A full-body massage is not about giving every area identical time. In 90–120 minutes we can connect work on the back, legs, shoulders and pelvis while keeping your main concern the priority.
- tension in several parts of the body at once
- recovery after a demanding period, flight or journey
- a complete, unhurried session
Massage does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Acute pain, fever, numbness, weakness or recent injury require medical assessment first.
After the session
After a longer session, keep the rest of the day relatively calm, eat and drink normally and observe how your body responds.
Common questions
What is the difference between 90 and 120 minutes?
Ninety minutes covers the main areas with one priority. Two hours allows more time for several connected concerns and a calmer pace.
Is it necessarily a relaxation massage?
No. It may be gentle or more focused and deep; the format follows your goal, condition and sensitivity.
