What we focus on
For stiffness, fatigue and discomfort after physical load.
The lower back works together with the pelvis, thoracic area and legs, so the session is not limited to one tender spot. We clarify what aggravates the discomfort and choose a safe scope of work.
- lower-back fatigue after sitting or travelling
- stiffness after household or sporting load
- tension around the pelvis and lumbosacral area
Massage does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Acute pain, fever, numbness, weakness or recent injury require medical assessment first.
After the session
Complete rest is rarely necessary. If there are no medical restrictions, calm movement and gradual loading help you assess the response after your session.
Common questions
Can I have massage with a disc hernia or protrusion?
An MRI finding alone is not enough to decide. Symptoms matter. Acute pain, weakness, numbness or changes in function need medical assessment first.
Why might the therapist work beyond my lower back?
Load is shared by the pelvis, legs, spine and breathing. A connected area can matter more than the exact place of discomfort.
